Is Emma Neo 2 the same as the original Emma?
No. Emma Neo 2 is a newer SVAKOM wand with Bluetooth app control, a 38°C heating head, USB-C charging and an IPX7 waterproof body, supplied with a removable rabbit ears attachment.
What are the rabbit ears for?
The removable rabbit ears attachment slips over the wand head and adds vibrating, flicking stimulation for external areas such as the nipples, clitoris, vulva, perineum and scrotum.
How many vibration settings does it have?
Emma Neo 2 has 5 vibration modes and 5 intensity levels plus an Intelligent Mode that mimics sex rhythms, and the SVAKOM App adds bonus presets and custom patterns.
Does Emma Neo 2 heat up?
Yes. A heating function warms the wand head to 38°C for a more comfortable, natural feel.
Can a partner control it?
Yes. Paired with the SVAKOM App, a partner can take control from anywhere, and you can text chat or video call inside the app. The wand can also sync with interactive adult videos.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Emma Neo 2 is rated IPX7 and can be submerged up to 1 metre, so it is easy to clean and suitable for the shower or bath.
How is it charged and how long does it run?
It charges through a USB-C port with a protective dust cover in about 3 hours, and its 2600 mAh battery runs for up to 2 hours. Battery lights show when it needs charging.
