Straight Answers
Questions Answered
What does the Tulip Pro do?
It combines suction and vibration in one small bud: the lips at the top give 15 levels of suction, and the body adds 15 vibration settings.
How do I turn it on and change the levels?
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch it on or off, then use the push-button to move through the levels.
How do I charge it and how long does it run?
Plug the wireless charging base into a USB charging port or cube with the supplied cable and set the Tulip Pro on it. The light flashes while it charges and stays steady when it is full; a full charge takes about 2.5 hours (Maia recommends no more than 3 hours) and gives up to 3.5 hours of play.
Can the base charge my phone?
Yes. Maia says the Qi wireless charging base works with wireless-charging mobile devices.
Is the Tulip Pro waterproof?
Yes. It is waterproof and submersible, so it can go in the bath or shower.
How big is it and what is it made of?
It stands 4 inches tall and measures 2 inches across. The bud has a medical grade silicone coating, and the button and base are ABS plastic.
Is there a warranty?
Maia covers the Tulip Pro with a 1 year replacement warranty.
