Questions Answered
How does the Peak Rechargeable Pump work?
It is an automatic pump: the controller on top of the clear cylinder creates suction at the push of a button, in 4 speeds. The removable silicone donut seals the open end, and the quick air release button lets the suction go.
How do I turn it on and release the suction?
Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off, which also serves as a security travel lock. Press the quick air release button to release the suction. CalExotics asks you to get familiar with the air release before you use the pump.
How do I charge it and how long does it run?
It is USB-C rechargeable with the included cord. A complete charge takes 2 hours and gives up to 180 minutes on low speed or 120 minutes on high. CalExotics advises charging from a USB wall charger, never in or around water.
How big is it and what is it made of?
It measures 11.5 x 2.75 in (29.25 x 7 cm) overall and weighs 11.6 oz (0.33 kg). The controller is ABS, the cylinder is clear polycarbonate and the removable donut is soft silicone.
How do I clean it?
Take it apart and wash the cylinder and donut with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner before and after use, taking care that no moisture reaches the controller’s battery compartment. Use a water-based lubricant and keep it off the controller.
What safety advice does CalExotics give?
Do not use force, and do not use it on irritated, broken or infected skin. If you feel irritation or pain, stop immediately. It is a non-medical pleasure product, not intended for any therapeutic purpose.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. CalExotics covers it with a 1 Year Warranty.
