We have a couple of such card games, and this is the only one that we really like. The other ones are typical positions with slight modifications, or their kinkiness is either so close on the vanilla side, or gets into public and outdoor plays which we are not into. This one is somewhere in between, and the way that we have to make scenarios makes it more involved and active, rather than just pick a card and you have to do it like other games.
Also we change the positions slightly to our preferences or our toys. One caveat is that the number of cards with men as the top are considerably more than the ones with female as the top. So if we wanna switch roles once in a while, we consider the action and not if the male is the top or the female.
