Questions Answered
How does the Triple Rider work?
It is a ride-on massager built for grinding. Three independent motors, a front and a back motor in the base and one in the bend-and-hold shaft, each offer 12 functions of vibration, pulsation and escalation.
What do the remote buttons do?
The remote has two buttons: X controls vibration in the shaft and O controls both rumbling motors in the base. It works from up to 32.75 feet (10 m) away, and the massager can also be used without the remote.
Can I use it with a partner?
Yes. CalExotics presents it for solo play or for inviting a partner in, and the wireless remote controls the sensations from up to 32.75 feet (10 m) away.
How do I charge it and how long does it run?
The massager and the remote are both USB rechargeable with the included dual charging cord. A complete charge takes 3 hours and gives up to 85 minutes on low speed or 55 minutes on high.
Is it waterproof?
The massager is IPX7 waterproof and submersible. The remote is splashproof, and CalExotics says not to immerse it.
How big is it?
The shaft measures 4.25 x 1.25 in (10.75 x 3.25 cm), the massager 9.5 x 3 in (24.25 x 7.5 cm) and the whole unit 9.5 x 4.5 in (24.25 x 11.5 cm). It weighs 19 oz (0.54 kg).
What is it made of and is there a warranty?
The massager is phthalate-free silicone; the remote is ABS with a PU coating and a metallic-plated ABS button. CalExotics covers it with a 1 Year Warranty.
