Straight Answers
Questions Answered
What does the twistable neck do?
Turning the neck 180° before you insert the textured shaft changes where the curved pleasure arm sits, so you can choose prostate stimulation alone or add perineal massage at the same time.
Does Vick Neo 2 heat up?
Yes. A heating function warms the shaft to 38°C for extra comfort, alongside 5 vibration modes, 5 intensities and an Intelligent Mode.
How do the remote and app work?
The included remote controls the vibrator and docks magnetically on its base for storage. The SVAKOM App adds custom patterns, text chat, video calls and shared control with a partner at any distance.
How big is the insertable part?
The insertable shaft measures 80 x 30 mm (3.1 x 1.2 in), and the whole vibrator is 91 x 102 x 38 mm and weighs 93 g.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The vibrator is rated IPX7 and can be submerged up to 1 metre, so it is easy to clean and can be used in the shower or bath.
Which lubricant should I use?
SVAKOM advises using only a water-based lubricant with Vick Neo 2, as other types may damage the materials.
How is it charged?
It charges on a magnetic USB-A cable in about 2.5 hours and runs for up to 2 hours, with battery lights showing when it needs a top-up.
