It comes with two adjustable belts. The XS-M belt fits hips of 88 to 104 cm (34.6 to 41 in), about US sizes 2 to 6, and the L-XXL belt fits hips of 106 to 137 cm (41.7 to 53.9 in), about US sizes 8 to 12. The thigh straps adjust from 36 to 94 cm (14.1 to 37 in).

Strap-on-me says it pairs best with larger dildos (L to XXL) and denser models, such as realistic dildos with integrated testicles, and that flat-base dildos give the most stability. The ring measures 3.8 to 5.3 cm in diameter. It is not made for double-insertion strap-ons.

Slide the dildo into one of the two overlapping rings at the front of the harness. The straps around the rings keep its base pressed against the faux leather so it stays stable while you move.
