Size B fits a waistband of 35 to 65 in (89 to 165 cm) and an upper thigh measurement of 30 to 45 in (76 to 114 cm). Both of your measurements should fall inside these ranges.

Measure the waistband where you will wear the belt, just below the hip bone, and SpareParts recommends adding 3 to 4 in for room to adjust. For the upper thigh, start at the centre of the belt, pass the tape between your legs, around the back of your flexed leg below the buttock and back to the front of the belt.

The stretchable elastic O-ring securely fits attachments 5 to 7 in (13 to 18 cm) around and 1.25 to 2.25 in (3 to 6 cm) in diameter, and it works with single and double attachments. Two internal fabric panels can separate the attachment base from your skin if you like.

Yes. Two pockets above and below the O-ring fit standard mini vibes of 2.5 in long x 0.75 in wide, and the lower pouch pocket has an opening of 2.5 in long x 3 in wide for a larger vibe. You can switch the vibes on and off through the fabric; vibes are not included.
